ASA in Barcelona Activities
Afternoons and evenings are designed to make sure you make the most of your time in Barcelona and you'll quickly become an expert on how to get around and enjoy this incredible environment where the possibilities are almost endless. The learning experience extends beyond the classroom and you will find your inspiration as much from discovering your favorite spot for tapas as marveling at works in the Picasso museum. You will have a metro pass that gives you full access to Barcelona's transportation system so that you are free to travel with the group or independently. You can choose from a range of athletic and recreational activities: soccer, tennis, basketball, ice skating, movie nights, kayaking in the Olympic canal, museum visits, concerts, a mountain hike, attend a bullfight, shopping on the Passeig de Gracia, discos and trips to the beach to name a few. There is also plenty of down time for you to practice your Spanish, enjoy the city and soak up the local flavor at a café or hang out at the dormitory with friends.
