The Nerja program is designed for students who seek to improve their Spanish and learn about Spanish history and culture first hand. Homestay living is combined with Spanish classes and an exciting variety of cultural and recreational activities, excursions and travel.

Nerja is perched on a stunning stretch of the Spanish Mediterranean coast and offers students a unique geographic area to discover and explore, with easy access to Granada and Ronda and stunning views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Nerja has been carefully chosen for both its authentic ambiance and the quality of the committed teachers and families. Virtually unchanged for centuries, Nerja’s old quarter is famous for its narrow cobbled streets that spill into many small merchant and residential squares. The Balcón de Europa, in the heart of town, is a promenade along the edge of a towering cliff with impressive panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below. Nerja enjoys a privileged location surrounded by mountains and the Mediterranean Sea and is ideal for a wide range of activities like hiking, swimming and snorkeling.
