Your Summer Home

Housing & Dining: Your summer home will be the fully air-conditioned suites of the brand new Arts & Humanities Residential College at Parkside. Housing is a suite configuration of four double rooms clustered around a common space and two bathrooms. You will share a double room and your suitemates will be carefully selected using our housing questionnaire. The college has a wide variety of facilities including a performance space, a multipurpose room, lounges on each floor, and a recreation and laundry room. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, take a walk to Everybody's Kitchen for creative dining options.

Sports Facilities: You will have access to some of the nation’s finest sports facilities. Check out the Lyon University Center (fitness center, courts for basketball, badminton, volleyball and squash), McDonalds Swim Stadium (two heated, outdoor pools), The Physical Education Building (gym, dance rooms, multi purpose courts, indoor pool), the Tennis Complex and a variety of outdoor fields for soccer, football, Ultimate Frisbee and baseball.

Security: Arts & Humanities Residential College has 24 hour security, with electronic key card access required for entry and a staffed reception area immediately inside the dorm.

Our Students

Like in college, ASA seeks a broad and diverse student body. The community of students with rich and varied interests makes for a rewarding summer as you make new friends with students from over 20 countries and 30 US states. Many students come independently, but the friendships developed at ASA are often life-long and, as alumni tell us, often the highlight of the summer experience.
